PTD- Permit to Dig?

For context FTTP needs to be installed...

What has happened: PTD is needed in this order. What I have done: we did not received the
PTD. please wait 15 days. the estimate got cancelled for PTD. When to review HUD: review
back HUD on 18/01/2023.

Therefore, KCI and hold.

Not sure about the others but KCI - Keep customer informed

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
